-Preparation of the annual FS according to IFRS, Directors` Reports and Income tax returns for Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden; coordination with internal and external auditors; -Tax provision calculations and posting the related journal entries; IFRS-Local GAAP-Tax temporary and permanent differences; -Forecasting of BS and P&L positions; -SOX controls preparation; -Review and approval of general ledger journals and reconciliations of other team members in RTR team.

-Preparing and posting monthly journal entries during the closing of ledger's; -Preparing, reviewing and approving monthly BS reconciliations; -Analysis of the deposit liability model(refund) for BeNeLux countries; -Preparation of SOX controls; -Communication with internal and external auditors.

-Planning, conducting and field work of financial audits of Financial statements, prepared in accordance with IFRS and local standards; -Supervising assistant auditors, assigned to engagements, providing guidance and overall review of deliverables; -Taking part in consolidations, agreed-upon procedures, Code of conduct; -Timely follow-up of outstanding internal audit issues; -Conducting meetings with external clients, identifying potential risks;

-Participating in all phases of the audit process (planning, field work and direct communication with the clients under senior auditor`s guidance, competition of the audit); -Performing mainly analytical tests, detail procedures of account balances, transactions and disclosures; -Compile and document audit findings, describing and evaluating Audit Walkthroughs, completing work papers in compliance with the internal company standards.
