- Responsible for the service and guest relations in the reception, bar and kitchen. - Check-in/out, giving out relevant information about the leisure and sightseeing options - Preparing and serving the breakfast and dinner buffets - Bar-keeping at the lobby and rooftop bars.

- Responsible for the entertainment team - Handing out tasks and daily schedule - Organising of sports and evening activities - Intensive guest relations and engangement with the guest experience strategy of Melia Hotels
