IFirst Semester: Give follow up of orders from plant in China to Laredo, TX and to Port of Manzanillo. Import Instructions to Customs Broker; follow up of delivery to Warehouse. Second semester: Focal Point between Plant in China and customers in South America.

Imports: place of purchase orders, follow up of goods from plant to Customs at border or seaport, control of transportation to deliver goods to warehouse; Exports: booking of vessel, supervising of loading containers. Warehouse management: supervising inventory, loading and unloading, delivery to customers, customer returns and maintenance. I keep control of expenses for Imports and Warehouse. Procurement: development of 3Pls, Warehouse Maintenance. Savings of 36,000 USD per month.

In-house Operations for Lenovo and IBM. Follow up of goods from plant tin China to Laredo, Texas. Following up of imported goods to be delivered to warehouse.Main Achievements: - Start up with Satisfactory Result for operations in Laredo for Lenovo. - I made improvement of time and cost for delivery of product from China to Laredo. - 100% in delivery to Customs of paperwork needed to import goods. - 100% de NOMs (Mexican Standard permits) updated.

I coordinated a team in A/R. Weekly reports to A/R Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Chief Executive, CFO and CEO. Visits to customers when needed to solve issues and collect. I made monthly metrics’ report for Mexico and for A/R Manager in USA. Main Achievements: Keep Portfolio with overdue under 90 days.

Assigned to start this area to make additional efforts to collect the un-collecting of due accounts over 365 days. I established negotiations with debtors in order to restructure the overdue amount. I did managing of Law Buffets which were hired to process lawsuits. Monthly reports of Reserve status presented to A/R Manager and CFO. Main Achievements: - Success in collection of the overdue accounts over 3 years and restructure of accounts over 1 year.

After invoice was delivered to Customer my job began giving following up for payment. I was a feedback channel between Customer and IBM which helped to solve pending issues with Sales and post-sale service leading us to get payment.. Weekly reports. Main Achievements: - Reduction of 100% of overdue above 180 days. - Reduction of 50% of overdue above 90 days.

Assigned to organize an Acacemic Conference for Faculty of Management with Public conferences for Students in Management and Economy majors mainly, and for people interested in attending.

I help with handling and administration of documents. Doing payments and helping students with doubts and problems about scholarships and payment status.
