Key Responsibilities • Responsible for answering/placing technical support calls from the end-users of Hewlett-Packard computers and providing Level 1 technical assistance to the end user on applications or technologies that are contracted to support • Responsible for accurate and efficient problem diagnosis and dispatching to other contracted service providers
