• In charge of communication (via e-mail and video conference) with Partner Institutions, Professors and students. • Management of day-to-day operations (e.g. student database, course enrolments, etc.) as well as informational sessions and activities, monitoring student progress, tuition payments and graduation requisites. • Liaison with internal stakeholders within the institution. • Support in the recruitment of prospect double degree students.

• Helping in all events planning aspect (searching for venues, innovative solutions, etc.) as well as establishing new partnerships with services (e.g. photographers, caterers, etc.).

• Information to the University community about the international programs available. • Promote and handle student and teacher mobility to and from foreign institutions, within the framework of programs such as Erasmus+ KA 107. • Management and implementation of mobility database. • Promotion and dissemination of the mobility programs among Partner Universities. • Liaison with partner Institutions.

• Educated 50 students (7-8 grades) in the basics of English grammar and conversational speaking and 50 students (9-12 grades) in English and American Literature and Culture.

• In charge of 100 Brazilian exchange students (planning their travel arrangements as well as their course enrollments) • Organized events for students, professors and Brazilian Embassy staff. • Handled all media, social networks and public relations inquiries.
