- Coordinating global processes between Commerzbank`s international locations (Americas, Asia, UK, Europe) and Frankfurt`s headquarters (e.g. performance management, regulatory requirements, reporting etc.) - Providing methodical guidance to regional Head of HRs and international HRBPs in the headquarter´s driven initiatives - "Advocate" of internat. locations at headquarters for HR topics - Enabling collaboration between international HR and other units (Audit, Compliance, Organizational Management etc.)

- Counselling, coaching and guiding international teams (managers and employees) through standard situations and non-standard challenges - Creating HR strategies to transform global business plans into action: - Design scalable solutions to accommodate rapid growth (mainly IT departments) - Implement employee development programs - Support talent acquisition strategy - Pro-active problem solving in cross-functional cooperation (HR & other departments)

* Responsible for business continuity of HR Controlling processes across EON Group during migrations (both nat. & int. transfers): project planning (resources, schedules, IT correlations etc.), creating of workflow descriptions, providing on-site in-depth training * Providing M/Q/Y & ad-hoc reports from HR & Financial areas (SAP, Excel databases) * Cooperation with Data Maintenance team on data quality topics * Optimizing reports in cooperation with HR Business partners reflecting business needs

- SPoC for managers in people-matters throughout the whole HR life cycle - Head of Recruitment: Setting up the entire recruitment process across the central bank HQ and its branches - Contact person for managers during internal restructurings - Introducing and implementing HR Business Partner model in a central bank environment - Designated lecturer for HR area in international conferences - Creating and implementing internal regulations, including written policies, legal frameworks

* Recruitment (behavioural interviews, AC) for various positions (automotive, logistics, call centre etc.) * Covering labour law aspects, employment administration and processing of monthly payroll data for accounting department * Health and safety training * Active business development, business meetings (both local and international clients)
