Educate operators about to Lean manufacturing technics. Therefore we build strawberry academy and i trained them with more than 20 training topics like (lean manufacturing philosophy, standardization, productivity, types of waste, line balancing, visual factory, problem solving techniques(A3), team working, TPM, 5S, SMED...) and how to use them in manufacturing area. Other responsibilities are; - 5S Audit team member - A3 Project coordinator and Kobetsu Kaizen project trainer - Workshop Management
