In my duties have been included: serving many of customers with different nationalities since I started to work at international hotel Hilton. It included explaining to customers a difference between products, benefits of buying certain service in the Swimming Pool and Health Club. Here I had to help shopping and servicing Russian, Polish, Ukrainian and German speaking customers who could not speak English. Also I had to be sure that every single customer had been served and happy to come back again.

Providing analysis and advice on risk-measurement issues to company policy makers. Preparing reports for senior managers, diverse high level audiences and also clients. Examining past economic data. Performing economic capital analysis, and other financial analysis when required. Modelling and forecasting of domestic and international economic indicators. Highlighting to senior managers the implications of financial projects and strategies. Contributing for preparation of periodic analyses and reports.

Preparation and maintenance of exhibitions, banquets and other presentations in the cities of the Germany and Austria.
