Stress analysis of critical piping from HRSG boiler to steam turbine like HP, LP and BFP for combined cycle power plant (CCCP) subjected to high pressure (102 bars for HP) and high temperature (528 c for HP) called for the use of materials like A335P22. Qualifying these systems for creep and occasional stresses and steam hammer forces in existing of sensitive equipments like turbine, condenser, pumps and etc. is a real challenging in the field of piping stress analysis

Key Responsibilities Include: Piping stress analysis of critical piping system with CAESAR II , for units no. 109 &140 of Phase 17&18 Gas Refinery. Key Project: • South Pars Gas Field Development Phase 17&18– ASSALUYEH/IRAN

Key Responsibilities Include: •Responsible for Static analysis of Critical Piping systems connected to Hot Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reboilers, Transfer Lines, Drums, Heaters, and Air Fin Fan coolers and Filters. • Modelling of all Piping Hardware for Pipe Stress Analysis like Rod Hangers, Variable Spring Hangers, Constant Spring Hangers, Dynamic Restraints like Snubbers and High stiffness struts.
