Responsibility for finance & accounting for 9 group companies in Switzerland • Monthly and year-end close according local- and US-GAAP, VAT, Social Security, etc. • Technical Accounting (non-fiduciary/fiduciary split, A/R, commissions) • Responsibility for 4 direct FTE and <15 indirect reporting staff • Various ad-hoc projects, acquisitions, restructurings and reorganizations

Responsibility for finance & administration, logistics, etc. (12 FTE) • Monthly, quarterly and yearly close according to IFRS (SAP R/3” & Hyperion) • Budget and monthly rolling forecasts • Various ad-hoc analysis of utilization, performance, cost savings • Customer administration; major projects, global contracts, services, products and maintenance • Pension fund accounting according Swiss GAAP FER 26

Responsibility of Finance and Accounting (20 FTE) • Reorganization of the accounting department • Implementation of new payroll software (ABACUS) • Solve various VAT and income tax issues • Establish new entity structure for tax savings • Insurance / risk management • Statutory reporting in co-operation with external auditors, tax advisors incl. AGMs. • Roll-out of various US-GAAP und SEC (SOX) regulations

Responsibility of finance & reporting for various entities in Switzerland, contract pricing and negotiations, acquisitions, reorganizations; scope with growth from 50 to 750 employees: • Pricing of multi-year outsourcing projects • Implementation of controlling & reporting for customer accounts • joint-venture with a Swiss customer • Acquisition of Fides Informatik: Contract negotiations, due diligence, post-merger integration of the finance department • Implementation of SAP/R3 in Switzerland
