- Completed the consultancy project of new CSR strategy for Bayer China adopting the UN SDGs framework. - Promoted UN SDGs awareness, localization and actions in China among businesses and industries, through initiating cross-sectoral dialogues between companies and UN organizations (e.g. UNDP and UNESCO China)

- Strategic planning of CSR & Sustainability goals, strategy and annual plan. - Supported reporting to CSR & Sustainability Steering Committee composed of China CEO and board members. - Project management and internal external communications of the 10 million RMB (around 1.3 million Euro) VW philanthropic Child Safety Fund, in partnerships with a major Chinese foundation and a governmental think tank. - Responsible for the VW China Employee Volunteering Association.

- Co-developed and executed CSR goals, strategy and planning for Siemens Ltd. China. - Focal point of CSR-related content and knowledge management for corporate communication purpose. - Co-established Siemens Employee Volunteer Association, responsible for community outreach projects and employee communications. - Promoted cross-sector partnerships with stakeholders, e.g., NGOs, local governments, schools, research institutes and key opinion leaders.
