Merico is a startup that gives companies deeper insights into their developers’ productivity and code quality. My main responsibility is to lead the R&D team in China and develop our commercial and open source software. I also needed to resolve legacy management and technical issues through organizational restructuring, clarification of responsibilities, architectural improvements, and code refactoring, and design a comprehensive technical architecture for the company's growth in the next three years

Megvii is one of several largest AI companies in China, my main responsibility is leading engineering team to develop infrastuctres like data gathering, data management, model training and testing for machine learning, to support model production and delivery of research institute.

As co-founder, CTO assembled a 38-person technical team in an edtech startup in Beijing. I build system framework with microservices, Kubernetes. Within two years, we built 90+ microservices, 4 iOS apps, 2 Android apps, 61 app releases, according to product design and rapid iteration.

Wandoujia used to be the largest app market in China, I am responsible for the technical development and project management of the Follow team (user following and recommendation of the app)

I have worked in Douban for more than 8 years. Douban is a Chinese social web site that has more than 300 M users. During that 8 years, I have done product development, system design and quality assurance, I also developed many products of Douban, including photo album, mini site, artist site using Python language.
