    I was appointed as Group F&B Director, reporting to the CEO, with the principal focus of providing support, leadership and oversight of the food & beverage strategies and activities for 5 properties, out of which 4 under Marriott franchise brands (two Luxury Collection and two Autograph Collection hotels). In addition to that I actively participated in the design of new concepts and back of house areas for two new upcoming properties, under Domes Resorts management.

    I was appointed as F&B Director, reporting to the Director of Operations, with the principal focus of leading the F&B department pre-opening and thereafter providing post-opening operational management of the F&B teams. I led a team of eight direct reports with a greater team of 60 F&B Executives and 170 employees overall. Additionally I had oversight of $11m F&B budget and P&L, production of financial targets/forecasts and participated in monthly business reviews with the owner and senior management team

Furthermore I had financial and P&L accountabilities for $6m F&B budget, providing regular reporting, forecasts and performance monitoring alongside the senior management team and owner.

    I was selected to support the F&B Director with the daily operational leadership of the F&B department pre and post opening. I led a team of nine direct reports with over 220 further F&B executives with greater team of 900. Alongside the Director, I assisted with setting and achieving financial targets, delivery of the $32m P&L and provision of regular reports.
