• Managing and leading continuous improvement projects (CIP) in warehouse operation with the key stakeholders to develop a continuous improvement strategy. • Driving process improvements across the network using LEAN and Kaizen methodologies. • Cross-department communication including customer, IT, Operation, management, regional team to complete a project. • Responsible for implementing machine automation process such as RPA and VBA for programs.

• Manage and increase probability of existing products. • Bring new ideas to the table via a series of market research. • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume. • Communicate frequently with both internal and external parties including R&D, QC, production, logistic, marketing and sales within the company; packaging, design, printing and marketing specialists outside the company.

• Conduct and design consumer insight, market and industry research. • Carry out qualitative interviews. • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to guide product development and implementing plans. • Produce a written market research/measurement report. • Maintain existing client relationships and reach out to new clients.
