-Preparation of financial statements for HQ monthly, analysis of the run-rate, budget vs. actuals deviations - Supervision of transformation of RAP into IFRS - Clean-up of the balance sheet: verification and confirmation of balances, preparation of adjustments

- Control of maintenance and reconciliation of books in accordance with US GAAP and SOX for 4 active and 2 dormant legal entities - Control of Russian tax and statutory filings, tax planning and optimisation - Revenue, cost, and expenses analysis for the month for local management and HQ - Create forecast for the next 12 months for P&L by product lines, channels, and business units - Support business in respect of finance issues - Treasury functions

- Implementation of MBS Navision: participation in system design development – responsible for finance, AP, AR and fixed assets blocks and for reporting design - Business processes evaluation and optimization - New management reporting structure development and implementation

- Participation in balance split-off for the new company (during Avaya split-off from Lucent Technologies) - Accounts receivable management, customer credit control - Various reports for country CFO: Revenue, costs and expenses actual vs. forecast vs. budget; inventory aging reporting; ad-hoc reports on demand - Participation in SAP implementation: Gathering the data and processes on fixed assets and general ledger in 26 international locations; performing tests; writing end-user instructions
