- Leading and participating in projects in Sales and Production Area; - Main responsible for several reporting applications in Sales and Production area; - Gathering of customers’ requirements; - Design and implementation of new data models or enhancements in SAP BI; - Reports design and implementation using SAP BI Tools (BEx and BO); - System housekeeping and release/roll out related activities; - General support tasks in Sales and Production area; - End users training;

- Leading/coordinating support of commercial and HR reporting: requests prioritization, set-up of system housekeeping and release related activities; coordination of communication with other teams and customers. - Support of several SAP BW systems (running SAP BW 3.5 and SAP BW 7.0) - Implementation of on demand changes over existing data models and development of new ones. Reports design in commercial area - Leading projects in MTC reporting area - End user training

ERP implementation (factoring and debt collection) Gathering of customer’s requirements, analysis and formalization of business processes, preparing of project’s documentation and product specifications, quality assurance, clients’ assistance and training. Consulting/participation in projects for ERP implementation in multinational companies.

Wholesale services and carrier relations Design and development of software decisions for solving specific problems (mainly databases and web-projects)
