I manage a team of five Brand Specialists within Amazon Retail as part of the Amazon Vendor Service (AVS). We are responsible for the management of some of the largest FMCG vendors for Amazon Retail (Health & Personal Care department) with 100+€MM of combined Revenue in 2019.

Vendor Management in Health and Personal Care, category: Sports Nutrition. Managing of several top category vendors, which involves end-to-end activities such as negotiation of terms, development of marketing and growth strategies, KPI-based reporting and consulting, logistical optimization, brand building, promotions coordination etc.. Furthermore, I am responsible for category-wide topics such as growth, profitability, selection expansion, a procurement strategy as well as specific strategic projects.

Department of Finance. Developing of financial, controlling, production and supply chain tools. Preparation of financial data for internal reporting as well as funding rounds. Collaborating in the process of budgeting and forecast of the company.

Responsible for the internationalisation of the market - in particular the Netherlands. Development and coordination of marketing activities. Implementation of financial reporting tools.

Partaking in a variety of projects: development and management of internal tools (with the help of VBA, SharePoint, ARIS), communication with stakeholders, development of internal price calculation models for the department.

Department: Ministry of Finance. Partaking in the proceedings of the Council of Europe, supervision of the development of current financial regulations, representation of the national political position, preparation of regular reports.

Partaking in a variety of projects: development and management of internal tools (with the help of VBA, SharePoint, ARIS), communication with stakeholders, development of internal price calculation models for the department.
