Actively worked on my paragliding skills, discovering the view from above on Albania, Lithuania, Latvia, North Macedonia, Greece, and Switzerland. Triggered by the hot and very dry winter and summer of 2022, I had to learn to live with dynamically changing and unusually inaccurate weather forecasts, factor out typical historical patterns not valid this summer, adapt quickly to new situations and increase my speed of decision-making. In a nutshell, learn to use agile methodologies in my day-to-day life.

- Not perceiving the opportunity to make the next step in my career within due time at Kardex, I decided to take the initiative and submitted my resignation in September 2014. - Together with the desire for a professional change, I also decided to fulfil a personal dream and embark on an adventurous journey through New Zealand. - From January to April, I cycled more than 4’000 kilometers through this inspiring country, an unforgettable and incredibly enriching experience.
