Oversaw entire procurement lifecycle, including co-ordination with other functions, vendor's early involvement, supplier panel selection, offer analysis, contract benchmark definition, and visibility on forecast

Information liaison to Shirvan Oil Operating Company coordinated from the two Shareholders of the Kurovdag Oilfield Development Project under PSA (Production Sharing Agreement)

Daily reports to Project Director/Technical Director on the activities in the oilfield; 2. Purchase Requisitions and Work Orders for Baku Office; 3. Intercommunication assistance (written and oral translations) to Project Director / Technical Director

Liaison Administrator: Coordinating activities of Lukoil with other Partners on different projects in Azerbaijan. The main projects are: Azeri-Chirag-Deep Water Guneshli Project, Shah Deniz Project, “D-222” (“Yalama”)

Edition of the Basic Engineering Reports for the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline Project (35 major documents cover pipeline hydraulics, design data, route, pump stations, oil terminal, etc.) Review of HAZOP study of this pipeline with engineers and assist in editing what-if scenarios Quality Assurance Check (accuracy, spelling, formatting) of the Project Engineering Reports Translation from/to English, Russian, German, Turkish of the Project Documentation

Translation of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Reports for different Power Plants/Transmission Lines/Gas Pipeline Projects

Translation and Document Quality Control of the operating manuals, drawings, packing lists for CHEVRON Joint Venture (Tengizchevroil) covering the KTL 2/3 Expansion Project aimed at construction of 4 Power Generation Plants in Kazakhstan

Assist in drawing a plan to increase sales of Agricultural Machinery in the Ukraine. Introduce US method of farming and trained local farmers to adopt new technology and tractors maintenance. Developed Public Relations base and customer services department
