Evaluate existing processes and develop new initiatives for continuous business process improvements. RPA solutions for processes. Track and monitor KPIs and PPIs. Coordinate with different departments and organize cross-functional teams to know the requirements for the improvement of the process. Develop and maintain business process documentations (Bizagi, Aris). Participation in a new systems development project (development of new processes, business requirements, test cases writing, UAT testing).

Identify opportunities to re-engineer processes. Evaluate possibilities to use internal and/or external partners digital solutions to increase automation level and improve deliveries to customers. Participation in a new system's implementation project: E2E process review, standardization of processes and alignment between different countries; creation of test cases in Jira; system's testing; creation of test cycles; incidents report (Jira); preparation of instructions for the new users using Confluence tool

Effectively manage workflows. Responsible for the cross check and verification process. Assist with ensuring all procedures and directives are up to date and maintained within the team Ensure compliance with all Bank and Regulatory requirements in order to minimise exposure to risk and to safeguard against financial loss to the Bank. Provide training and guidance to team members on the guarantee process and to act as a “go-to” person in order to resolve day to day operational issues.
