A challenging and amazing task in the pharmaceutical sector. I was responsible for the comprehensive Strategic Procurement Activities for all four Hungarian Sites in the CAPEX and Maintenance category (pharma production machines, spare parts, services, investments etc.). Mastering Procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, Mark Intel, Risk Management, Innovation, HSE, compliance).

It was a unique mixture of sales and procurement activities. I was as well responsible for logistic, marketing and for some IT activities as well. I may say a commercial all-rounder in the world of the production and distribution of high-end pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging. The company spans its activities mainly in Europe, but overseas as well.

I was responsible for the comprehensive management of the procurement activities of the company. Which means: - Managing a team of three - Categories: Raw materials, CAPEX, OPEX, IT equipment, car fleet, FM - Price and contract term negotiations with vendors internationally (EU, HU, worldwide) - Binding frame and other type contracts with the major vendors

This was my position where all began. Basically, I fell in love with the world of technical purchasing here on this very technical department. My duties were in a nutshell: - The purchasing of machines, spare parts (electronic-mechanical-pneumatic-hidraulic), technical services, CAPEX - Supply chain management for OPEX (spare parts) Operative duties: - RFX, SRM, ERP key-user - Invoice control - Cross functional technical coordination
