Supporting an international team based out of Munich in the design and implementation of a new contract management system for the division Financial Services in multiple countries Supporting the project initiative as a member of the accounting workstream, reporting to senior project members periodically on resource allocation and time taken to complete tasks, as well as liaising with project members to forecast expected efforts to complete tasks and meet project milestones

Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management. Obtain weekly project status from all team members. Implement and improve the project management mechanisms. Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines. Managing the budget, and analysing the costs.

Testing internal processes and client controls. Analyze financial statements and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Comparison of Financial reports and strategic analysis. Identify any accounting or audit issues and perform the necessary research to resolve such issues. Analysing cost and budget. Supporting the accounting and auditing teams in their daily functions.

Prepare and assist in project documentation. Monitoring each project's progress and optimizing processes.
