Act as intermediate for the key bank stakeholders on agreed service level (SLA) with Getronics UK, successfully translated business critical processes to I.T systems for disaster recovery implementation,Worked with I.T application streams/packages ensuring they are BCP/DR compliant for Getronics UK via Barclays Bank for the development of new application projects for new data centres.

Update and Maintain all business continuity plans, Crisis Management, Incident management team (IMT) and run BIA program.
