- Market research by cold calling and direct mail in order to identify customers needs - Responsible for consultants recruitment in collaboration with the HR Assistants. Interview and contract negotiations. Management of Junior and Senior consultants - Identify and establish projects with consultants in order to solve the customer needs

- Provide technical assistance to customers in such forms as product training and demonstrations - Management of the stocks and business negotiations with electrical distributors. - Redaction of business offers with SAP and creations of reviews with SalesForce
