• Organising project planning and executing design cycle • Executing new product design, design modification, material replacement, and reverse engineering • Generating CAD design and 2D drawings for new products and modification of the existing product. • Proposal of CAD models for customer approval including material selection and product weight

• Design and development of product working from initial evaluation of theoretical designs through to development stage, prototyping, testing, and then release the product to fit the Formula car. • Perform calculations and CFD analysis to ensure that the endosome will operate thermally within specification before entering prototypes or tooling. • produce details of specification and outline designs and modifications following prototype test results

Under the Inventory department (Porche 911), Product data management • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. • Developing and Implementing database, data collection system, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality • Acquiring data for primary or secondary data sources and maintaining database/ data systems and worked with Allen Bradley RLogix 5000.

• Production Analysis of Maintenance and Repair: led a distinctive design on a maintenance project in Air and Suspension division and Introduced a reduction in timing of the production line by analyzing the previous data. • Researching and Preparing Documentation: Forecasted an increase in production output by maintaining equipment and reliability of the material.

Investigate the causes of equipment failures and anomalies, and decide if the equipment needs to be repaired or replaced • Quality Inspection: Diagnosed quality checks using special functional and variable gauges, reading measurement in microns. • Analysis Data and Project Management: Examining of inspection equipment, their functions and uses to ensure that all manufactured parts are machined within tolerance limitations.
