• Received requirement from Clients end along with the schedule • Support the procurement function activities such as received quote, comparison among the quote, communication / coordination with the vendor through mails, calls etc., making PO and process the order, tracking & monitoring the order, inventory control, vendor relationship management, incoming material follow up with the vendor / transporter. • Coordination with the store people for storing the material in a proper and accurate manner

• Ensuring timely supply of Category Packing Materials in line with as per production schedule. • Converting PR into PO (SAP) and release the order, taking subsequent follow up. • Planning & arrange of Critical inventory as per production plan for better availability of material. • Act as a one point coordinator between store, quality and production for ensuring better control and availability of material to support the production planning without any delay.

1.Responsible for procurement of Pharmaceutical Packaging items (Primary & Secondary) 2. Received quote from vendors end and based on that comparison, negotiation is being done and choose the right vendor. 3. Material planning and execution, based on (PPP) production planning programme. 4. Received dept generated requisition and process it. 5. P.O making, processing and executing all the documentation and subsequent follow up of the material.
