Worked on the End to End demonstrator development of an electro-chemical stack, test-bench design & construction in accord with P&ID for Carbon dioxide capture • FEM simulation for the compressed stack components • Sealing design (EPDM), development, and fabrication with CNC laser cutting and stack leakage testing • Electrolyzer plate/ bipolar plate design dimensioning with CAD software, flow field optimization with CFD simulation • Analytical calculation for the torque determination required for stack

• CAD designing (Solid works), CFD, thermal simulation, and analysis for the humidification of the Fuel Cell stack • Concept creation and integration of the humidifier as an early development phase of the project • Analytical calculations and comparison of the developed concepts • Work-out on different manufacturing processes and sealing components

o Internship in : Karlsruhe, Germany • CAD designing, construction and automation for the mass production of a prototype • PCB housing and sensor fitments, measurement and tolerance analysis • Handling of different machining tools and 3D prototyping

 Oversaw repair and maintenance of heavy equipment & vehicle for the International level construction contractor  Regulation of SOP, Inventory control of maintenance parts and responsible to analyze and reduce fuel related costs

 Taught various courses (Applied Mechanics, Thermodynamics & Engineering drawing) to B.E civil Engineering students.  Setup mechanical engineering laboratory, supervise to perform the experiment

 Used CAD software (CATIA & SOLIDWORKS) to assemble, visualize and simulate the motorbike parts.  Re-modelled Chassis, built templates & assembled customized bikes along machining processes ( CNC laser, pantograph milling, different welding processes, and so on)  Took part in a national level Exposition with the designed motor bikes

Performed CAD freelancing in 'grabcad.com' & 'cadcrowd.com'. Interaction with different clients and work accordingly. I used extensively CATIA & SOLIDWORKS software during my job
