We are searching for the best talent for our Sr Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) position in Aachen.
You will be responsible for:
- Omni-Channel Content Strategy Development:
- Lead the creation and execution of impactful content strategies across multiple channels (Email Marketing, Websites, Social Media, Field Assets, Events).
- Develop consistent branding and key messaging for all external and internal touchpoints – online and offline.
- Enhance brand recognition and convey targeted messages that engage and connect with our audience across channels.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing Team incl. Product, Event and local Marketing and other key stakeholders (see above) to ensure that content is relevant, consistent, and effective across all marketing channels.
- Field Marketing Initiatives:
- Create and deliver compelling talk tracks tailored for field marketing activities to support sales efforts.
- Equip the sales team with effective objection-handling strategies to confidently engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Integrated Campaign Management:
- Drive communication plans that include the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and KPI Management:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive KPI-based decisions, adapting and optimizing execution based on data insights.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Showpad to set up campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness, and guide future marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree highly preferred
- 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing role
- Strong language skills in German and English
- Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
- Embody Abiomed's Patients First culture, demonstrating a positive attitude, open communication, and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
- A passion for helping others and a desire to help improve outcomes for heart attack patients
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 75.000 to 118.450 EUR.
