Aufgabe:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones for implementation projects
• Budget control for IT Projects: Manage the budget for IT projects, track expenses, ensuring effective resource utilization and successful completion of projects within financial constraints
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned, and communicate project progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, end-users, and external vendors, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
• Suppliers‘ management: Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers, evaluate solutions, and ensure compliance with project requirements and service level agreements. Plan and coordinate suppliers‘ activities.
• Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards for all project deliverables and perform regular assessments to ensure that systems meet functional requirements, performance targets, and user expectations
• Change Management: Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes on scope, timeline, and cost, manage change requests through formal governance processes and secure necessary approvals, maintain accurate documentation of all changes and associated risk assessments.

Anforderungen/Skills:

• Höhere Ausbildung (ETH / Uni / FH) in Informatik/Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Solid project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
• Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements and constraints.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among project team members, promoting open communication, trust, and mutual respect.
• Experience with change management processes, including stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, navigate complex challenges, drive consensus among diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Must Item: Familiarity with the following IT software/technology: PDM (Produktdatenmanagement), AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault Thin Client, QM Systeme, HRM REXX und/oder SAP Success Factors
• Must Item: Background in the manufacturing industry, with familiarity of its business processes: Sales, Projects, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Warehouse management and Finance.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal , Italian of benefit
