As a Procurement Data Analyst, you will support procurement and purchasing decisions by analyzing supplier, pricing, and sourcing data. The focus of this role is on improving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and procurement strategies through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on key procurement KPIs, such as:

• Purchase price variations

• Payment terms

• Supplier delivery performance

• Dual-source ratio

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

• Develop dashboards and reports for procurement teams and management

• Support strategic sourcing and supplier selection decisions

• Monitor supplier performance and risk indicators

• Clean, validate, and manage procurement datasets

• Automate reporting and analysis processes

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field

• Strong skills in data analysis and preparation, especially using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, ideally macros) and SQL for data extraction

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI

• Solid understanding of cost analysis and financial relationships

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to identify trends, deviations, and savings potential

• Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

• Programming skills are a plus

• Very good English skills; German is a plus
