At SKAN, you will help shape the future of learning worldwide. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global learning and development strategy that prepares our employees – especially our technicians – for the challenges of tomorrow. You will create the framework for an innovative, sustainable, and internationally oriented learning ecosystem that strengthens both technical expertise and entrepreneurial skills. In doing so, you will play a vital part in enabling SKAN to further expand its leading position in cleanroom solutions.hitecture. You will develop the framework for a future-oriented training and continuing education program that has an international impact. You will work closely with internal experts and ensure that our expertise is conveyed in a targeted, sustainable, and structured manner.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and coaching the Young Talent and Academy team (currently 10 employees)

  • Responsibility for the global establishment and further development of the SKAN Academy

  • Identifying training needs within the organization and developing suitable learning solutions

  • Establishing modern structures, processes, and framework conditions for an optimal learning environment

  • Ensuring modern, effective, and sustainable learning methods (e.g., blended learning, e-learning, face-to-face formats)

  • Introducing and maintaining clear training documentation

  • Planning and managing the training budget and the necessary resources

  • Ensuring that our training offerings meet the requirements of audits and international certifications (e.g., EduQua, ISO 29990, IACET)

  • Representing the education sector to customers, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders

  • Working closely with training design, adult education, and professional development experts

  • Further training as a federally certified training manager or comparable qualification in the field of education (adult education)

  • University degree in education, organizational development, or a related field is an advantage

  • Several years of management experience in the field of education or human resources development, ideally in a regulated or technical environment

  • Experience with accreditations and audit requirements in the international continuing education environment

  • Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus

  • Business fluent German and English skills are required

  • Strong assertiveness and decision-making skills

  • Natural and convincing leadership personality

  • Ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Strategic and visionary thinking

  • Strong communication skills and ability to promote a positive and motivating work environment

  • Confident manner, networked thinking, and high social competence

  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to work

  • Willingness to travel internationally approx. 10% of the time
