Do you want to do more than just write code—do you want to solve technical challenges holistically? As part of our Professional Services team, you’ll develop customized solutions for our platform and support client projects from analysis through implementation. You won’t be working in a vacuum; instead, you’ll develop solutions for real-world customer requirements within existing system landscapes. This requires technical curiosity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to delve into even complex issues. You’ll drive technical initiatives independently, take responsibility for sustainable solutions, and apply modern AI tools where they create real added value. Responsibilities Implementing customer requirements into tailored and sustainable software solutions Developing custom extensions for our CRM and xRM platforms Analyzing, debugging, and optimizing existing applications Developing and maintaining interfaces to third-party systems Evaluating technical requirements and realistically assessing effort and complexity Conducting code reviews and ensuring high software quality Mentoring and providing technical support to less experienced developers Actively using and further developing AI-supported development processes Qualifications At least 5 years of practical experience in software development following the completion of your degree or vocational training You are confident working in a full-stack environment and have a solid understanding of front-end, back-end, and database topics Very good SQL skills and experience with relational databases Proficiency in at least one modern programming language; knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript is a plus Working with APIs, interfaces, and system integrations is part of your daily routine Testing, debugging, and structured error analysis are natural parts of software development for you You already use AI-powered development tools productively to support development, testing, analysis, or documentation You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner; you feel comfortable even in existing or legacy system landscapes Benefits We are family-friendly and offer the option to work from home and flexible working hours For us, full-time work means 36 hours per week, spread over either 4 or 5 days Since we’re committed to long-term collaboration, permanent contracts are standard for us We have flat hierarchies and a culture where everyone is on a first-name basis, from trainees to the CEO A personal mentor and a technical contact will support you from the very beginning to help you settle in quickly A motivated team with great camaraderie and legendary team events Whether it’s free coffee, tea, or water: We make sure you stay refreshed A modern office building with its own orchard and ergonomic workstations We believe in fairness—our entire team benefits from the company’s annual success We are ADITO, an established software company in Geisenhausen (near Landshut), and we’ve been developing customized CRM and SRM solutions for our clients for over 30 years.
