Aufgaben: abwechslungsreich und verantwortungsvoll

• Responsible for the User Experience and Visual Design of Geopost and its commercial brands
• Develop and implement UX strategies and grow a UX culture throughout the organisation
• Define and measure KPIs to assess the effectiveness of our design solutions
• Drive the end-to-end design process, including empathising, definition, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final UI design
• Continuously improve design procedures to support a growing design team collaborating closely with others, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and contributing to highly effective product development
• Deploy Design Thinking principles throughout the organisation
• Create and evolve a global design system and standards that promote consistency, usability, and scalability across all our products and services
• Mentor, coach and guide our design team in their professional growth

Stärken: fachlich und persönlich

• 5+ years’ experience in leading end-to-end UX and UI Design process
• 3+ years’ experience in building, managing and evolving design teams
• Expert knowledge of design principles, methods, and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Maze, and/or other UX design software.
• Experience in developing and implementing user research and testing programs that provide actionable insights that inform design decisions and improve user outcomes
• Experience in implementing and executing Design Thinking methodology
• Experience in developing and scaling design systems
• Excellent communication and fluency in English; German and/or French are an advantage
