DEIN GEWINNENDER JOB
- Planung, Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Cloud (Schwerpunkt MS Azure) Windows Server und Client
- Proaktives Service bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen inkl. Virtual Desktop
- Lösung von Service und Change Requests im 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Bereich
- Aufbau und Weitergabe von Expert:innenwissen in einem gewählten Fachgebiet (bspw. Exchange, Deployment, MDM/MAM, Backup etc.)
- Einführung neuer sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender interner IT-Tools und Standards
- Automatisierung von Abläufen (Powershell) und Monitoring bestehender Services

Gewährleistung der Betriebssicherheit derIT-Services der unterschiedlichen Rechenzentren sowie Rufbereitschaftsdienst (extra Vergütung)
DEINE GEWINNENDE PERSÖNLICHKEIT
- 3–5 Jahre IT-Erfahrung, besonders in Microsoft Server Technologien (Server 2016+, Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, SCCM, PowerShell)
- Erfahrung mit Modern Workplace und Cloud-Technologien (Microsoft 365, Azure), sowie Design, Installation und Betrieb von Microsoft Infrastrukturen
- Kenntnisse in Backup-Lösungen (z. B. Veeam), Virtualisierung (VMWare) sowie Erfahrung mit MacOS von Vorteil
- Teamplayer, kunden- und lösungsorientiert, Erfahrung in Projekt- und Teamleitung
- Kommunikationsstärke, Dokumentations- und Prozess-Erstellungserfahrung
- Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, belastbar, Führerschein B, proaktive Serviceverbesserung
