You ...
- have successfully completed your studies, preferably with a background in business administration, social or natural sciences
- have an affinity for numbers, structures and organisation
- have an ownership and service mentality, strong execution skills as well as a structured and thorough way of working
- have very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- enjoy working in a supportive and highly motivated team
Your role:
- Supporting the growth of our Oxford site and dealing with resulting issues related to local regulations
- Responsibility for client project administration, contract management and invoicing
- Contributing to organisation and execution of company events and supporting internal HR processes
- Handling administrative tasks, general office management as well as service provider coordination
- Preparing documents for payrolls and external accounting
- Contributing to the development of our international locations, including new site set-ups and related research
