• Leadership of the Recycling Technologies sales team, including the targeted development and support of team members
• End-to-end management of customer projects within the sales process
• Execution of commercial risk management
• Review of contracts and contractual responsibility for customer projects
• Representation of the company (presentations, trade fairs, etc.)
• Regular coordination with relevant internal interfaces and stakeholders
• Contribution to market and competitive positioning (including scouting of market trends)

• Completed university degree, e.g. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in the sales of complex capital goods
• Knowledge of the recycling industry and a strong sense for market trends
• Leadership experience is desirable
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally to customers and industry events
