What it's about
Our Private Wealth Marketing drives initiatives to further raise Partners Group’s brand awareness in the wealth channel and increase lead generation for our portfolio of evergreen products. They address the unique needs of each region while also aligning with the global brand, optimize the digital presence of Private Wealth and ensure cohesive & impactful marketing campaigns.
To strengthen our efforts in the EMEA region we are hiring a relationship marketing specialist to elevate our presence at client events & conferences, create targeted outreach programs by region and distribution partner to foster relationship and fundraising efforts as well as elevate impact of conference & event presences.
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic partnership marketing:
- Work closely with local Private Wealth teams to plan & execute launch campaigns and educational programs for each new partnership or product launch
- Develop ongoing marketing programs with distribution partners to elevate the Partners Group brand and product
- Fully leverage all communication channels (newsletters, intranet, webinar, events) of strategic partners for Partners Group messaging and offering
- Dedicated product and educational campaigns customized by region and distribution partner
- Create sequenced marketing campaigns and own the regional content outreach calendar
- Elevate event impact:
- Evaluate available industry conferences based on business objectives fit & brand building ability
- Lead preparations for external conferences (and support selectively with internal flagship events) with conference providers as well as internally – speaker briefing & presentation preparation, production of respective collaterals, preparation & leveraging of local lead-generation opportunities, pre-& post-event promotion through owned channels (email & LinkedIn)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar B2B environment
- Strong academic credentials with a degree in communications, marketing, journalism or business administration – a solid understanding of the financial industry/private markets of advantage
- Very strong interpersonal & intercultural communication, stakeholder & project management skills
- Proven track record of successfully executing partnership marketing measures, events and campaigns
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, and the ability to produce convincing and visually appealing presentations from complex materials for both in person presentations and large-scale events
- Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team that is spread out across several offices and time zones (Eastern Australia to Western Europe)
- Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload and multiple projects on sensitive timelines
