What it's about
Our Private Wealth Marketing drives initiatives to further raise Partners Group’s brand awareness in the wealth channel and increase lead generation for our portfolio of evergreen products. They address the unique needs of each region while also aligning with the global brand, optimize the digital presence of Private Wealth and ensure cohesive & impactful marketing campaigns.
To strengthen our efforts in the EMEA region we are hiring a digital channel marketing specialist (either Baar, CH or London, UK) responsible for regionalized creation of content and its distribution through digital channels.
Main responsibilities:
- Digital content creation, delivery, and measurement: Digital content creation lead, converting traditional content into digital formats & creating new, innovative executions for digital outreach by region (whitepapers, articles, interviews, infographics, animations, videos), review & approval process management, publishing, promotion and performance tracking & management
- Email campaign creation, delivery, and measurement: Ensure effective client emails to boost sales efforts and increase brand awareness. Responsible for data selection and distribution list set-up, email content & template development, testing & deployment, and performance tracking & management
- Extend audience reach through Social Media and digital campaigning: Collaborate with US counterpart to promote Private Wealth capabilities and highlights primarily through LinkedIn, with future growth to other platforms, planning & execution & tracking of paid digital & social campaigns to foster Partners Group brand awareness in the Private Wealth space
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment – a background in the financial services industry and a solid understanding of Private Markets of advantage
- Strong academic credentials with a degree in communications, marketing, journalism or business administration
- Above average & proven writing skills – ideally a native English speaker, knowledge of further European languages (German, Italian, Spanish, French) of advantage – and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in creating digital content assets (whitepapers, infographics, videos etc.) incl. proven Adobe Photoshop skills for in-house editing of photos & the preparation of social media posts as well as video editing skills (Socialive) or willingness to learn within accelerated timeframe
- Proficiency with setting up & owning marketing technology platforms to execute email campaigns (Hubspot, Deal Cloud, etc), Social Media native and paid (LinkedIn Campaign Manager) & digital campaigns as well as proficiency in tracking and optimizing performance through analytics tools & dashboards
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, and the ability to produce convincing and visually appealing presentations from complex materials
- Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team that is spread out across several offices and time zones (Eastern Australia to Western Europe as well as the US – Denver)
- Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload and sensitive timelines
