What you'll do:

• You manage the controlling and accounting team in disciplinary and technical terms, also across locations
• You will be responsible for production and product controlling: from costing, contribution margin and variance analyses to the profitability assessment of series and new projects
• You analyze manufacturing costs, product margins and price developments and derive measures to improve results
• You support and coordinate budget planning, forecasts and monthly and annual financial statements (also for other stoba companies if required)
• You are responsible for short-term liquidity planning and scheduling
• You provide meaningful reports, ad-hoc analyses and management reports for corporate management and look forward to further developing them with the help of AI
• You are the central point of contact for auditors as part of the annual audit of the annual financial statements and provide technical support for the audit
• You will further develop existing controlling and accounting processes and tools and actively drive standardization and automation (e.g. SAP, LucaNet, Power BI)
• You are responsible for and further develop the SAP FI/CO environment and work closely with adjacent modules
• You work closely with production, sales, purchasing and management and support well-founded business decisions

What you bring with you:

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance/accounting or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in controlling or accounting, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
• You have experience in production and product controlling as well as a good understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing cost structures
• Ideally, you have initial management experience or strong leadership skills
• You have very good knowledge of MS Excel as well as experience with SAP (especially FI/CO) and ideally Power BI and LucaNet
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
