We are looking for you nationwide at the earliest possible date as:
What you can expect
- You will report to the Head of Compliance at Helios Health and lead the case management for Fresenius Helios in close coordination with them
- You lead internal compliance investigations and regulatory proceedings for Helios in Germany and for cases relevant to Fresenius Helios
- You advise and support the responsible persons at Helios Germany and Quirónsalud in conducting internal compliance investigations
- You review and design internal company guidelines for dealing with internal compliance investigations, monitor the status of ongoing internal compliance investigations at Fresenius Helios and prepare corresponding reports
- You develop and implement measures for monitoring and manage initiatives for the further development of existing reporting channels and reporting systems
- You accompany the coordination with other topics related to internal compliance reports and investigations such as human rights and HR
What you bring with you
- You are a fully qualified lawyer (licensed as an in-house lawyer), preferably with a focus on white-collar criminal law OR have completed a university degree in business law or economics, preferably with a focus on compliance
- You have several years of experience in conducting internal investigations in law firms, auditing firms or companies
- You have a strong understanding of compliance and criminal law and the conduct of internal investigations
- You work independently, manage your own deadlines and solve challenges on your own initiative
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure
- You are willing to travel to support investigations on site in Germany and Spain and are confident in speaking and writing English, if you speak Spanish, this is an advantage
