Junior Manager Payroll Process & Technology (m/f/d)
We are looking for a dedicated person in Payroll Process & Technology to ensure the proper functioning of our HR IT systems in Germany and to develop innovative solutions for the challenges of the digital future. You will support ensuring the proper operation of the HR IT systems in Germany and take responsibility for creating the relevant process descriptions and documentation.
Your tasks
Processing and analyzing support requests for processes and system workflows from time administrators, payroll clerks and end users in the LOGA system.
Technical support and process-related support for the LOGA system.
Assistance with technical support for the applications WAU+ (accident reporting system), Haufe Zeugnis Manager and Magellan.
Assistance in the documentation, standardization and further development of processes in the area of Payroll & Time Management.
Collaboration in projects for process optimization and system development in the course of digital transformation.
Close coordination with specialist departments, IT and external service providers to ensure efficient and stable processes.
Your profile
Completed training as an industrial clerk, business management assistant - digitization management or comparable further training, or studies in business administration, computer science or business informatics
Basic knowledge of payroll & time management, e.g. through a degree with a focus on HR or business informatics
Initial experience with HR IT systems, ideally with LOGA or similar payroll systems
Interest in process management and analyzing workflows in the HR environment
Understanding of technical interrelationships in HR systems and affinity for the digitalization of HR processes
Very good knowledge of MS Office Excel, good knowledge of MS Office (Word and PowerPoint)
Initial experience with project work or agile methods, e.g. from study projects
Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and strong team and communication skills
