The opportunity Shape the future of energy transmission where precision, complexity and strong leadership come together: As Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will take on a key role in the manufacturing of large power transformers at our production site in Bad Honnef. You will lead production and production support functions, ensure quality, occupational safety and on-time delivery, and consistently develop processes, teams and structures. If you have solid leadership experience in an industrial production environment, understand complex special machinery manufacturing, and combine operational excellence with entrepreneurial thinking, this position offers you the opportunity to actively shape the development of the site and make a direct contribution to the energy transition. Our transformers bring energy to where it is needed: charging stations for electric vehicles, cities, hospitals, companies and many more.
