Healthcare and nursing staff / nursing specialist (m/f/d) - palliative care

• You are the first point of contact for relatives, doctors and therapists
• You look after and care for patients with a chronic and progressive life-limiting illness and distressing symptoms independently and professionally according to the latest scientific findings
• You support holistic treatment planning, taking into account physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects
• You will be involved in the preparation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You will be responsible for professional care documentation using the latest digital IT technology
• You will take responsibility for the design of your workplace, contribute your ideas and work on the further development of the team

• Completed training as a nurse, health and nursing professional, nursing specialist
• (m/f/d)
• Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and cross-professional team
• A high level of nursing and patient-oriented professional competence and the ability to deal with conflict are required
• A high degree of initiative and resilience as well as leadership skills, organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Strong cooperation and communication skills as well as the ability to act economically
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
