We are looking for you immediately at the Helios Clinic in Bad Saarow near Berlin as a secretary (m/f/d) - full-time (38.5 h) or part-time possible

• Completion of all secretarial tasks
• Writing epicrises and expert opinions as well as general letters
• Coordination and preparation of appointments
• Management of consultation hours
• Dealing with mail and correspondence

• Successfully completed professional nursing training as an exam. (Dental) medical assistant (m/f/d) or health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or comparable
• Confident command of the German language and medical terminology
• Experience in the clinic secretariat desirable
• You are familiar with the daily use of common MS Office programs and working with electronic media
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
