In Bad Überkingen, DEHOGA Baden-Württemberg Servicegesellschaft mbH operates the DEHOGA Campus alongside the DEHOGA Academy. The DEHOGA Campus Bad Überkingen provides full-board accommodation and meals for around 400 vocational school students in the gardening, landscaping and sports field construction, floristry and housekeeping professions – our campus guests – during the vocational school weeks.
As a modern employer organization, the Baden-Württemberg Hotel and Restaurant Association DEHOGA is committed to the concerns of the hotel and catering industry in the state in politics and in public. The association fights for fair competition, against bureaucracy and unnecessarily high cost burdens for companies in the hospitality industry. DEHOGA Baden-Württemberg’s tasks also include collective bargaining, i.e. the agreement of wage and collective agreements.
DEHOGA Baden-Württemberg e.V. represents around 12,000 entrepreneurs from the hotel and catering industry. In addition to the classic association services, DEHOGA offers a comprehensive range of services through its service companies.

You will work as part of a two-year project to support trainees in dual training with a special focus on integration and individual support
You accompany our trainees with personal commitment both on the DEHOGA campus and directly in the training companies
You are the central contact person for our campus guests and create a supportive, motivating and safe atmosphere
You organize, attend and conduct information, networking and training events and represent the campus at external events
You promote integration and migration through targeted offers and individual support
You design practical leisure and prevention activities to strengthen social interaction
You document relevant incidents and independently develop new ideas for the further development of the project

QUALIFIED: You have completed training in the catering or hotel industry and have passed the trainer aptitude test (AEVO)
EXPERIENCED: You have practical experience in training young people and know how to motivate and support them
INTEGRATIVE: You have a feel for the needs of young people with a migration background and are actively committed to successful integration
INDEPENDENT: You work independently on the project, contribute your own ideas and implement them in a structured manner in close coordination with the campus team
FLEXIBLE AND MOBILE: You are willing to work evenings and weekends; ideally, you also have a class B driver’s license to attend appointments off campus
NETWORKED: You value the exchange with colleagues and external partners and are actively involved in networks
