What you can expect
In your role as Senior Director Performance Management & Business Insights you lead the Group Performance Management Team with up to 4 Associates in FP&A and you act as a business partner and sparring partner for segments, regions, and global functions on all FP&A-related matters
- You are responsible for developing and executing key performance management processes (budget and forecast cycles)
- You recommend budget KPIs (e.g., sales growth, adjusted EBITDA, cash flow) to Stada’s executive leadership, ensuring alignment with external guidance
- You coordinate the planning process in collaboration with regional leadership and functional stakeholders
- You analyze and evaluate key value drivers, providing actionable insights
- You track progress against budget and forecast targets, analyze variances, and propose actions to achieve performance goals
- You prepare meaningful analyses and reports on the financial performance of the Stada Group and develop new KPIs
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is a plus
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or a similar role, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and systematically
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial topics clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
- Experience working with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial tools and systems (e.g., SAP, BI tools) and advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in both English and German is required
