As we expand our operations in South India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a motivated & driven Regional Operations Manager to help us drive operational excellence.  We are looking at someone who is an Engineering graduate from Premier institute with 2-4 years of work experience in strategy & operations, program management, revenue growth, expansion & P&L focused role, ideally within preferably from quick commerce/mobility/travel tech/consulting/startups.

Based in Bangalore, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our ground operational excellence, data analysis and vendor management processes! 

About the Role

• Manage day-to-day interactions with operators, ensuring seamless service and supporting vehicle preparation and customization
• Manage a team of Operations Associates on the ground, guiding them to execute daily tasks efficiently and ensuring overall operational success 
• Build and nurture strong relationships with bus stations and operators, fostering collaboration and smooth operations 
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, ensuring operators adhere to our processes and standards, while identifying and solving risks 
• Work with operators to optimize platform data and processes, gathering feedback to drive improvements 
• Support operators with training content for drivers, ensuring they provide excellent service and meet quality standards 
• Conduct and manage audits, as well as gather stakeholders’ feedback to ensure operators comply with safety regulations and operational standards 
• You will travel across South of India (30% of time)  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar from Premier institutes
• 2-4 years of work experience in program management, strategy & operations, revenue growth, expansion & P&L focused role, ideally within preferably from quick commerce/mobility/travel tech/consulting/startups.
• Experience in managing and training ground team is a strong plus
• Experience in designing operational processes is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Deep understanding and expertise in the South India consumer tech landscape
• Resilience to navigate and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Keen attention to detail with an unwavering pursuit of excellence
• You are organized and autonomous, have a team and customer-oriented working style and consider yourself a travel enthusiast with a proactive attitude towards challenges
• Fluent in 2 of the languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam
