Your tasks

• Development, maintenance and further development of a structured master data management system at HORIBA FuelCon
• Technical responsibility for article and supplier master data in the SAP ERP system
• Ensuring data quality, completeness, consistency and timeliness of master data
• Definition, implementation and further development of company-wide guidelines, standards and processes in the master data environment (Data Governance)
• Close collaboration with purchasing, production, sales, IT, quality and other specialist departments to map technical requirements in the master data.
• Obtaining, reviewing and managing RoHS and REACH declarations in cooperation with suppliers and internal interfaces.
• Conducting regular analyses of master data quality and deriving and implementing sustainable improvement measures.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and data security regulations when handling master data
• Active participation and professional responsibility in SAP and ERP projects, e.g., system implementations, expansions, or process adjustments.
• Contact person and sparring partner for specialist departments for all questions relating to master data

Your profile

• Completed commercial, technical or IT-related training
• Initial experience in master data management or in a comparable data- and process-oriented role
• Good SAP knowledge in the ERP environment, ideally with reference to MM as well as material and vendor master data.
• Excellent understanding of data structures, business processes, and cross-departmental relationships.
• Experience in dealing with RoHS and REACH requirements is desirable.
• Structured, analytical and quality-oriented working methods
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and strong interfaith competence
