Your Responsibilities

• Systematic acquisition of new customers in new industries as well as analysis of market potential and competition
• Analysis of customer-specific requirements and development of customized technical solutions
• Preparation of quotations, cost calculations and documentation as well as conducting price and contract negotiations through to completion
• Support and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as building long-term strategic partnerships
• Close coordination with engineering, production and purchasing for solution development and quotation preparation
• Participation in customer visits, trade fairs and industry events

Your Profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar, or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in B2B project business with proven success in new customer acquisition
• Technical understanding as well as high motivation to quickly acquire specialist knowledge of our machines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident demeanor and pronounced customer orientation
• Analytical, structured and independent working style with strategic thinking
• Excellent German and English skills, willingness to travel worldwide as well as proficiency in MS Office and advantageously CAD
