Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Product Management Data Science Enablement to focus on supporting the International Content Enablement product portfolio and market activations. You will define and execute activation strategies for permanent content enablement solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Support the refinement and articulation of content enablement product strategies based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategy with appropriate technology solutions and activation approaches.
• Advocate for international requirements in global product backlogs and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on product gaps and adjustments, including taxonomy and tagging needs.
• Monitor interdependencies with parallel projects, such as modular content initiatives.
• Develop and deploy scalable activation strategies, including training, adoption measurement, and user satisfaction tracking.
• Establish communication and training plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Document current and future processes, ensuring effective change management practices.
• Execute activation roadmaps, maintaining accountability for timelines and budgets.
• Oversee multiple activations as needed, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Expertise in program and product management, particularly in MarTech-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of content enablement tools such as Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Authoring Tools (CAT), and design systems. Familiarity with Aprimo and Veeva is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of web channels, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and present effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience working within complex global organizations and managing multiple programs under strict timelines.
• Proficiency in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and time management abilities.
• Passion for operational excellence and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to inspire teams and drive alignment across markets and stakeholders.
